ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

We are very pleased to announce that our Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been concluded and that USCIE became a public company on August 18, 1994. You will find us listed on the NASDAQ exchange. This is a tremendously exciting step for us to take and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who are associated with the company for your assistance and support. As most of you know, we are already pursuing aggressive expansion programs along out traditional business lines and look forward to continued growth in our new public status.
