The Chindex Technical Service Department has played a critical role in establishing and maintaining the Chindex reputation as a provider of the highest quality technology and user support. Many of the more than 2,000 Chinese hospitals which use Chindex-supplied equipment every day in their operations are repeat customers many times over.
Chindex maintains large inventories of spare parts in-country to insure timely response to customer needs. Parts are depoted in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou along with regional field service engineers who can usually respond to customers� needs within 24 hours.
