The Chindex Technical Service Department has played a critical role in establishing and maintaining the Chindex reputation as a provider of the highest quality technology and user support. Many of the more than 2,000 Chinese hospitals which use Chindex-supplied equipment every day in their operations are repeat customers many times over.
Chindex maintains large inventories of spare parts in-country to insure timely response to customer needs. Parts are depoted in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou along with regional field service engineers who can usually respond to customers’ needs within 24 hours.
