The MPD Distribution Department operates two Chindex subsidiaries domiciled in China; Chindex Shanghai International Trading Company, Ltd. and Chindex Holdings International Trade (Tianjin) Ltd.

Both of these companies have been recognized as outstanding enterprises by a variety of Chinese Government authorities, including recognition of Chindex Tianjin by the local government as an outstanding foreign investment with excellent management.

The legal entities provide the backbone for MPD-Distribution's infrastructure which includes distribution centers with bonded and cleared stocks in Shanghai and Tianjin. The core competency of the MPD Distribution department is supply chain management.  This means ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods, funds, and -- most importantly -- information. The MPD-Distribution department offers a wide variety of standard and customized reporting and analysis to assist Chindex's clients to manage their businesses profitably.

In addition to providing distribution, local purchasing, warehousing, and logistics services for the Medical Products Division, the department is a supplier of medical consumable products to Chindex's United Family Hospital network.
