BETHESDA, MARYLAND, July 31, 2002 – U.S.-China Industrial Exchange, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHDX - News) (the “Company”) today announced that it has consummated its reincorporation in Delaware from New York. The reincorporation had been approved at the annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on July 16, 2002. In connection with the reincorporation, the name of the Company has been formally changed from U.S.-China Industrial Exchange, Inc. to Chindex International, Inc.
The Company is a leading American company in healthcare in the Greater Chinese marketplace including Hong Kong.
