Mr.
Zhang joined Chindex in 1994, initially as salesperson for medical
equipment. Since 1995, he has been in charge of the Technical
Service Department and Service Bonded Warehouse. His department
provides pre-sales consultantation and after-sales service of medical
instrumentation to a customer base of over 2000 hospitals in China.
Prior
to joining Chindex, Mr. Zhang worked in the Siemens Medical Engineering
Beijing Representative Office as an Executive Engineer from 1988-1993,
and at the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as a Biomedical Engineer
from 1984-1988.
He
graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with B.A. in Electrical
Engineering on 1982.
Ms. Lu joined Chindex
in April 2002. She has overall responsibilities for the operations
within the Chindex Medical Products Distribution department.
With over 10 years working experience
with multinational companies, Ms. Lu has obtained in-depth understanding
of and hands-on experience with supply chain management, business
operations, international trade practices, customer service and
project management. Before joining Chindex, she worked as
commercial director for Nordex Gmbh, a German power equipment supply
company in Beijing.
Ms. Lu majored in electronic
engineering at the undergraduate level and holds an MBA from Tsinghua
University.
